We hold a "zero tolerance" attitude towards corruption and commercial bribery, put the company's anti-corruption and anti-commercial bribery obligations above the company's commercial interests, and ensure the cooperation with the company's stakeholders.

ZHZ's Commitment

• Do not accept or ask for gifts, cash gifts, shopping cards, and securities, or pay kickbacks, handling fees, intermediary fees, reward for go-between and other benefits in any form.

• Do not ask suppliers for reimbursing any expenses that should be paid by ZHZ employees themselves.

• Do not participate in banquets, tours, vacations, activities in private clubs, and upscale entertainment activities arranged by Party B in violation of regulations.

Supplier's Commitment

• Do not give gifts, cash gifts, shopping cards, and securities, or pay kickbacks, handling fees, intermediary fees, reward for go-between and other benefits to ZHZ employees and their families in any form.

• Do not arrange banquets, tours, vacations, activities in private clubs, and upscale entertainment activities in violation of regulations for ZHZ employees, and do not give away local specialties for them.

• Do not reimburse ZHZ employees and their families for the expenses that should be borne by themselves, and do not provide vehicles, houses, and other benefits for them in violation of regulations.
