Consultation, and Win-Win", the 2022 World Robot Conference sponsored by
the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of
China, the Beijing Municipal People's Government, and the China Association for
Science and Technology kicks off at the Beijing Yizhuang International
Convention and Exhibition Center on August 18th. High-tech
enterprises across the nation bring cutting-edge technologies, new products,
and diversified applications to the scene to "showcase" the power of
sciences and technologies. United Aircraft has participated in the World Robot
Conference for the sixth time, and in this time, it has made a wonderful appearance with
its TA-Q12 multi-rotor UAV, automatic flight control computer, electric servo
linear actuator, and other exceptional products.

At this conference, TA-Q12 quad-rotor UAV launched by United Aircraft, namely "Zhanlu multi-rotor UAS", has been widely recognized and praised by users in the military and civilian industries. The carbon fiber material of the UAV is integrally formed, and algorithms such as active disturbance rejection are used to realize centimeter-level UAV positioning. It can carry the visible light, infrared, and laser ranging three-light EO pod to truly achieve high-precision positioning and real-time transmission of target images. It is applicable to tasks such as mapping, reconnaissance, patrol, and SAR.

As we
all know, United Aircraft started with the flight control system. As the
company's flagship product, the automatic flight control computer once was used
to help in Shenzhou-13 and Shenzhou-14 spacecraft launch support missions. This
product adopts the high-speed LVDS serial backplane bus as the core of the
architecture and supports redundant configurations of CPUs, interfaces and
power supplies, main/standby working mode, and fault tolerance for one-time
under-failure operation. Its core processor adopts the latest self-monitoring
pair processors, which improves the computing reliability of the processing
module.
TA-Q12 attracts professionals
The
dual-redundancy electric servo linear actuator is also a star product of
"No One Less" line in terms of flight control system that is
well-known at home and abroad. It is a fully sealed linear electric actuator,
with double electric redundancies and single mechanical redundancy. It uses a
dual-winding brushless motor and a dual-redundant LVDT linear position sensor
while the mechanical transmission adopts a straight-tooth gearbox plus ball screw to
realize linear
output. The brushless motor operates in the main or standby mode, and is
equipped with a dual-redundancy sine and cosine resolver for FOC over the
dual-redundancy brushless motor.
